#001. Medisoft Patient Accounting (Basic) V16

Medisoft Patient Accounting is designed for use on a single computer. This is the Basic version of Medisoft. This level of Medisoft can get you started but most practices will require the features of Medisoft Advanced Patient Accounting (on single user systems) or Medisoft Network Professional (on multiuser/multiple computers).

This product may work well for training on Medisoft or as a transition product that you can use to get setup with the intent to upgrade when you go live.

System Requirements

Listed below are the minimum system requirements needed to run Medisoft. Please note, if you barely meet the minimum requirements, your performance could be affected. The program will run, but you may encounter lag.

Workstation System Requirements (Recommended): 2.6Ghz processor or higher, 1GB of available hard disk space, 1GB of RAM, 16+ color display, Windows 2000 Professional or Windows XP Professional. Medisoft Version 12 Service Pack 2 and later supports the Microsoft Vista Business operating system.

Workstation System Requirements (Minimum): 1.0Ghz processor, 500MB available hard disk space, 512MB RAM, 256 color display, Windows 2000 Professional or Windows XP Professional. Medisoft Version 12 Service Pack 2 and later supports the Microsoft Vista Business operating system.

Server System Requirements (Recommended): Pentium 4 2.6Ghz processor or higher, 2GB of available hard disk space, 1GB of RAM, 16+ color display, Windows 2000 Server or Windows 2003 Server. Medisoft Version 12 Service Pack 2 and later supports the Microsoft Vista Business operating system.

Notes:
* 256 color display may limit some features, 16 bit or higher recommended.
* Novell NetWare not supported with Medisoft
* XP Home not supported
