Medisoft Standard Database Repair- Expedited Service

Our standard data repair service covers two hours of labor and with the adminstrative overhead to perform the repair and includes the time to upload and download files.

A minimum charge of one labor hour is billed for evaluating and reviewing all databases for data repair regardless of the repairability of the database. Something like 98% of databases that are submitted to us can be repaired but there are some unusual circumstances (sometimes caused by drive failures, power glitches, viruses and intentional damage and other sources) that are not repairable. If more than two hours are required for the repair we can notify you at your request prior to begining our repair efforts. Additional hours are billed at our standard labor rate of $100/hour.
